This session will explore why movement throughout the day is so important for our health, happiness, and productivity. We will also explore how to schedule in your daily routine. Together we will do poses and stretches that can be done sitting to best support long hours in front of your screen.

Each session (check-in) is a well thought out theme and offers support to employees working from home during COVID-19

What is included In Each Session:

Live Virtual Guided Sessions led by one of our founders and wellness alchemists. Each guided session is 30 minutes with 15 minutes for the team to engage in questions, challenges and solutions related to the wellness topic. We can record and email the session for you to share with employees.
Included Toolkit - A detailed guide related to the topic employees can download for future reference. Includes our mini remedies (small habit forming actions) related to the topic.

This is a one-time session. We do provide and recommend doing our programs which provide more employee engagement, lead to positive habit creation and less admin for your team. Our programs include regular wellness sessions for your employees. We also do the onboarding, provide you with all communication, a company-specific portal, and much more. Learn more here.
